This is an office project for a company that sends students from Japan to countries around the world.
The entrance hall and lobby are high-quality spaces reminiscent of the reception and lounge of a luxury hotel, setting it apart from ordinary offices.
Of particular note is the overwhelming amount of plants, which are perhaps the highlight of the space.
The design has been carefully crafted down to the smallest detail to raise employee awareness and provide higher quality service, while also ensuring that customers can expect the same.
There are over 70 language study rooms where students can learn the languages of their destination countries before they go abroad, making the space comparable in size to a language school.
The building also has a large staff, with spacious workspaces for them to work in, a conference hall where they can share information both inside and outside the company, as well as rest rooms and multiple meeting rooms.

エントランスホールとロビーは、高級ホテルのレセプションやラウンジを思わせる上質な空間となっており、一般的なオフィスとは一線を画している。
特に注目すべきは、圧倒的な数の植物で、これこそがこの空間の最大の魅力と言えるであろう。
従業員の意識を高め、より質の高いサービスを提供すると同時に、顧客にも同様の体験を期待してもらえるよう、細部に至るまで入念にデザインが施した。
70室を超える語学学習室が設けられており、学生たちは海外へ出発する前に渡航先の言語を学ぶことができ、その規模は語学学校に匹敵する。
また、このビルには多数のスタッフが勤務しており、彼らが快適に働ける広々としたワークスペースに加え、社内外で情報を共有できる会議場、休憩室、そして複数のミーティングルームも完備されている。
